PDF and Word Report Export
Download care reports as PDF or Word files for doctor visits, family updates, or personal records.
Available report types
Four report types are available for download. The Emergency Card is a compact, one-page summary of conditions, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts, designed to fit in a wallet or post on the fridge. The Care Summary is a comprehensive multi-page report covering medications, appointments, observations, health metrics, and contacts, ideal for doctor visits. The Weekly Report summarizes the past seven days of care activity including visits, health changes, tasks completed, and upcoming appointments. The Medication List is a printable reference showing each medication with dosage, frequency, purpose, prescriber, and pharmacy.
How to download reports
Go to Settings and open the Billing tab, where you will find the Reports section. Each report type shows a brief description and two download buttons: PDF and DOCX (Word). Click the format you prefer and the report will be generated from your current care data and downloaded to your device. PDF files are ready to print and share as-is. Word files can be opened and edited before sharing, which may be useful if you want to add notes or remove sections.
When to use each format
Use PDF when you want a clean, printable document that looks the same on every device. This is the best choice for handing to a doctor, posting on the fridge, or emailing to a family member. Use Word (DOCX) when you need to customize the report before sharing: adding a personal note, highlighting a section, or adjusting content for a specific audience. Both formats contain the same data pulled from your current care profile.
Tips for getting the most out of reports
Keep your care data up to date so reports reflect the current situation. Download a fresh Emergency Card after any medication or condition change. Print a Care Summary before every doctor visit so you have a written reference to hand the medical team. The Weekly Report is a good way to keep remote family members informed: download it and email it to siblings or extended family who are not in the app. The Medication List is especially useful for pharmacy consultations and new provider intake appointments.
