Senior Support Resources was created by a couple in the healthcare field who found themselves helping senior parents from out of state. Even with their professional knowledge and experience, they found it confusing, frustrating, and time-consuming to navigate everything - medications, insurance, legal documents, local services, family coordination. If it was this hard for them, they knew other families needed help too. So they built the platform they wished they had.

No, and we want to be upfront about that. Senior Support Resources helps you stay organized, coordinate with family, and find resources. For medical decisions, always work with your loved one's doctors.
Does my parent need a smartphone?+
Nope. Check-in texts work with any phone that can receive messages. Your parent never needs to download anything or learn a new app.
Can siblings in different states use it?+
Yes. Everyone in your Care Circle sees the same information. No more group texts asking if anyone told you about Mom's appointment.
What does it cost?+
Right now, during our beta, every feature is free with no credit card required. When we introduce paid plans, the Free tier will keep core tools like medication tracking, appointments, care guides, and the emergency go-bag. Plus (planned at $12.99/mo) will add unlimited Smart Helper conversations, SMS reminders, Smart Upload, PDF and Word reports, and weekly digests. Family (planned at $24.99/mo) will support up to 3 care recipients with priority Smart Helper access and phone support. Families who join during the beta lock in 40% off those rates for life.
How is our data protected?+
Your data is encrypted, only your family can see it, and we will never sell your information. We designed the whole system with healthcare-level privacy in mind.
Can my parent use it themselves?+
Yes. The self-managing mode has larger text, simplified navigation, and a voice assistant for hands-free medication lookups. Many seniors use it to stay independent and on top of their own care.
What if we are managing care for both parents?+
You can create a separate Care Circle for each parent, each with its own medications, documents, and team. Switch between them from your dashboard.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?+
Not at all. We built this for people who are tired and busy, not tech enthusiasts. If you can check email, you can use Senior Support Resources.
