Shared Supply List
Coordinate household and care supplies across your family so nothing falls through the cracks.
Adding items to the list
Navigate to Family > Supply List and tap "Add Item." Enter the item name, select a category (medical supplies, groceries, household, personal care, or other), and optionally add notes such as a preferred brand or size. You can mark items as urgent if they are needed soon. Items appear on the shared list immediately, visible to everyone in the care circle. If you notice something running low during a visit, you can add it to the list right from your phone in a few seconds.
Categories and organization
Items are organized by category to make shopping easier. Medical supplies might include incontinence products, wound care supplies, glucose test strips, or mobility aids. Groceries cover food and beverages. Household covers cleaning supplies, batteries, light bulbs, and similar items. Personal care includes toiletries, denture supplies, and grooming items. You can filter the list by category to focus on what you need for a particular shopping trip. The list also shows who added each item and when, so you can ask questions if something is unclear.
Marking items as purchased
When you buy an item, tap the checkmark to mark it as purchased. This updates the list for everyone in the circle so no one else buys the same thing. Purchased items move to a "Recently Purchased" section where they remain for reference. If an item is needed regularly, such as weekly groceries or monthly medical supplies, you can leave it on the list and simply uncheck it when it is needed again. This saves you from re-entering the same items repeatedly.
Family coordination
The shared supply list is especially useful when multiple family members take turns visiting or when the care recipient lives alone and different people help with shopping. Instead of texting back and forth about what is needed, everyone checks the same list. You can assign items to specific people if one person handles pharmacy runs while another does grocery shopping. The list also helps professional caregivers know what supplies are available and what needs restocking.
