Yes. During our beta, every feature is free with no credit card required. When we introduce paid plans, families who joined during the beta lock in Founding Member pricing (40% off for life). We will always give you plenty of notice before anything changes.
What is the Founding Member rate?
Early supporters who join during our beta and launch period lock in 40% off for life. Your rate never goes up, even after we raise prices for new subscribers.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, we prorate any difference, and there are no phone calls or retention hoops to jump through.
Is there a family discount?
The Plus plan covers your entire Care Circle at one price. The Family plan adds support for multiple care recipients (up to 3). Every family member you invite is included, with no per-seat charges.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once paid plans launch, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Senior Support Resources is not the right fit, just reach out and we will refund you in full.
